About ICENA

The International Coalition to Ensure NATO Accountability (ICENA) is an independent organization comprised of legal and humanitarian NGOs and concerned citizens who work to protect the internationally-guaranteed 

ICENA seeks accountability for war crimes and crimes against humanity and is committed to the prosecution of those who violate the human rights of civilians.rights of individuals and civilian populations.

ICENA partners believe that Individual accountability is the best guarantee for preventing future human rights violations against civilians whether committed by individuals or by military alliances, including NATO.

ICENA will work hand in hand with concerned parties, families of victims, NGOs, civil society , media and legal personals to ensure achieving our targets, create awareness about crimes committed against civilians during wars, work on avoiding the loss of more innocent lives.
