Libyan national and a Morrocan national, lift diplomatic immunity from NATO

French lawyer Marcel Ceccaldi said that, the judiciary has accepted the case against NATO in the aftermath of the bombing and destruction of the house of Mr. Khalid El Khweldi in Libya, and killed his family, relatives and neighbors.
